Job Description
**Position Summary**
The Child Welfare Specialist provides case management services for children and youth placed in foster care, ensuring their safety, permanency, and overall well-being. This role works closely with biological families, foster parents, service providers, legal partners, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement service plans that support stability and long-term permanency outcomes. The position requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex family dynamics while adhering to state and agency guidelines.
