Required Experience and Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in I&IT project management
- Demonstrated experience supporting Project Managers / Portfolio Leads with day‑to‑day project coordination
- Strong experience building and maintaining detailed schedules in MS Project
- Proven ability to create and maintain project management artefacts (risk, issue & action logs, status reports, briefing notes, meeting minutes)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including use of Excel for project analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams
- High proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Experience with meeting facilitation, meeting minute creation, action item tracking & follow‑ups
