About the Opportunity
As our 3PL Supervisor Iberia, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our logistics operations across Iberia. You act as the operational bridge between Driscoll’s and our third-party logistics partners, ensuring smooth daily execution, strong performance, and continuous improvement.While our warehouse in Boavista is owned by Driscoll’s, the day-to-day operations are managed by our logistics partner DHL. This means you will work closely with approximately 200 on-site employees across inbound, outbound, and production activities. Although these teams are not your direct reports, they are critical stakeholders in your success.
You will be based in Boavista, with travel to our Tavira location approximately once every 2–3 weeks.
