Job Description
**Responsibilities**:- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance on CNC machine troubleshooting, repair, and programming issues.
- **Maintenance Strategy**: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for CNC equipment to ensure consistent machine performance and longevity.
- **Troubleshooting & Repairs**: Oversee diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, and programming issues on CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders).
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze machine downtime, maintenance costs, and performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage spare parts and tool inventory for CNC machinery, ensuring timely availability of critical components.
