Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for Mid-Market and Enterprise opportunities.
  • Work inbound and partner-sourced opportunities generated by Marketing.
  • Proactively qualify and advance deals already in the funnel.
  • Run clear, direct, and consultative discovery calls.
  • Lead demos focused on real pains and business impact.
  • Prepare proposals, handle negotiations, and close deals.
  • Keep CRM updated and forecasts realistic.
  • Handoff closed deals to Customer Success.

Business Development (Secondary)

  • Maintain an active BD mindset: relationship building, light outbound, and follow-ups.
  • Support marketing and event-driven initiatives (before and after events).
  • Attend selected industry events and networking sessions.
  • Help open conversations that may convert into future opportunities.
