Job Description

You are the gatherer, not the hunter. You'll be handed warm relationships and trusted to cultivate them into consistent, high-volume referral pipelines. Our leadership team builds and signs strategic enterprise partnerships across Canada. Your job is to go deep, activating, nurturing, and growing the referral volume from those relationships so every partnership we sign reaches its full potential.

You're the person who turns a partnership agreement into real referral volume. You'll get to know each partner's business inside and out, and figure out how to make Perch indispensable to their day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Reporting to the Director of Sales & Partnerships, you’ll own the day-to-day relationship with enterprise partners post-handoff from leadership
  • Drive referral activation - move agents from aware to actively referring through education, tools, and consistent touch points
