About the Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Account Manager who is a proactive builder and problem solver. Reporting directly to leadership, you will manage a book of approximately 30 accounts, acting as the strategic bridge between law firm owners and internal execution teams. This is a high‑impact role for someone who can identify client needs before the client even voices them. You won't just follow a script; you will help formalize and mature the agency's account management processes to ensure world‑class retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a roster of legal clients, ensuring their business goals align with agency execution.
- Identify potential campaign or relationship pain points preemptively and coordinate with SEO and Paid Media teams to resolve them.
