Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will develop all aspects of PPG’s relationship with assigned main customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountability for growth performance: revenue and profitability.
- Sales process for local accounts or key account sites.
- Support execution of account strategy for global accounts or define strategy for regional accounts following strategic marketing.
- Lead regional pricing (and contract) negotiations.
- Manage pipeline and increase net share gain at customer.
- Demand forecasting, follow-up on developments at local sites.
- Feedback and management of opportunities/threats/needs.
- Establish contacts across customer organizations and collect customer feedback.
- Contribute to account team discussions and account planning.
