Account Manager / Senior Account Manager (Media Agency)

Assist in receiving and clarifying client briefs; contribute to proposal development and quotation preparation. Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Production, Media, Operations) and external partners (KOLs/KOCs, talent agencies) to ensure smooth campaign execution. Monitor timelines, deliverables, and campaign milestones to ensure on-time delivery. Support budget management, track expenses, and assist in preparing financial reports. Prepare meeting materials, campaign reports, and post-campaign performance summaries. Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and influencers. Proactively identify potential issues and escalate to Account Manager when necessary.
