Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented accountant to join our administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing account payables, filing documents, and ensuring the smooth operation of financial record-keeping processes. This position requires work to be done in-person.
Duties:
- Accounts Payable: Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring all invoices are accurately recorded and paid.
- Filing and Documentation: Organize and maintain filing system.
- Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with relevant accounting standards, company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
