Responsibilities:
Manage incoming invoices; Ensure correct processing of invoices, credit and debit notes incl. posting and check of legal requirements, especially VAT; Analyze price/ quantity differences for received goods and services and follow up with other functions; Develop process documentation; Liaise with colleagues in other plants and teams to solve issues with invoices.
