Third Way Health is searching for a full‑time Accounting Manager to take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations in Lima. The role demands compliance with SUNAT and IFRS, as well as interaction with US-based stakeholders.
The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of accounting experience, strong skills in bank reconciliations, and a command of IFRS. English proficiency at B2 or higher is required. This position does not offer visa sponsorship.
