Accounting Manager, Rebates

The Role
The Rebates Manager oversees daily rebate operations and the full rebate lifecycle, including program setup, accruals, invoicing, collections, and period‑end close activities. This role ensures rebate activities are executed accurately, timely, and in compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Responsibilities include managing rebate programs, preparing invoices, monitoring receivables, analyzing rebate activity, and supporting revenue recognition education for internal stakeholders. The manager also drives process improvement through automation, standardization, analytics, and enhanced reporting, with a strong understanding of merchandise margin and rebate impact.
