AR Accounting Reconciliation Analyst
Job Summary
- Maintain direct communication with the external and internal accounting area, providing timely support to their requests and assertively communicating all the corresponding accounting deployment.
- Establish a correct accounting reconciliation process between local and corporate procedures.
- Process frequent reports seeking to optimize the reporting process, using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.
- Perform written or telephone research on open items such as Unapplied deposits or Credit Notes.
- Handle Intercompany procedures (requests, reports, notifications).
- Perform accounting and financial analysis of the process in charge.
Education & Work Experience
- Technical / Vocational / Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or related field.
- 6 months minimum in accounting experience.
