Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years experience as an A/P Clerk or in a similar position.
  • Experience processing vendor invoices and working with the S/R department on inventory issues.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to work within and meet required deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word and data entry.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willing to be trained on company policies and procedures.

  • Match quantity per vendor invoices to actual quantity received per S/R documentation and identify inventory issues.
