Accounts Payable Coordinator - Maternity Leave Coverage

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Accounting Department in the position of Accounts Payable Coordinator. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions in accordance with established company policies, including invoice processing, vendor maintenance, payment runs, reconciliations, and related accounting tasks within the Sage accounting system.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the AP mailbox, including reviewing and printing invoices
- Process and enter non-PO invoices accurately and efficiently
- Process and enter PO-matched invoices, ensuring proper 3-way matching (purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips)
- Code invoices accurately to the appropriate general ledger accounts
