What You’ll Do
You’ll help ensure invoices are processed accurately and efficiently across multiple systems and channels by:
- Entering and processing high volumes of accounts payable invoices in Avid and MRI
- Managing invoice intake from email, vendor portals, and direct vendor submissions
- Uploading, coding, and organizing invoices while following internal procedures
- Supporting invoice migration and data transfers between systems
