As the AR Team Lead your responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation activities. This role provides leadership, coaching, and support to AR staff while driving process improvements, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls.
