Equipment & Systems Buyer – Air Management System (f/m)

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement portfolio and processes for Air Management Systems (AMS) for the A220.
• Develop and implement product and sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate and align multi‑functional stakeholders (engineering, program, finance, supply chain, etc.) and contribute to the multi‑functional team (MFT) that covers Air Systems for all Airbus programmes.
• Administer contracts, ensuring contractual conditions are applied throughout the life cycle and monitoring supplier performance across logistics, support, quality, cost and other dimensions.
• Update contracts throughout lifecycle, including negotiation of change requests and modifications.
• Develop and execute cost‑reduction strategies for the scope.
