How You Will Create An Impact- Manage reserve levels for insurance and reinsurance companies for Commercial and Consumer lines products.
- Define risk appetite (retention per risk) and capital levels (current and projected).
- Send the Annual Appointed Actuary Report to regulators, commenting on external actuarial audit reports.
- Advise management and Board of Directors on product profitability and remediation plans.
- Provide opinions and recommendations on the adequacy of underwriting policy.
- Contribute to effective implementation of risk management.
- Monitor portfolio performance and support remediation plans.
- Define budget loss ratio.
- Define technical provisions for local GAAP and US GAAP.
