The Site Manager will support and supervise the day-to-day operations and supervise the Addictions Counsellors. The Site Manager will support clients who struggle with substance abuse and the lack of ability to make good personal choices.
Program Management
- Present leadership, professional development, and guidance to staff in assigned area(s) in accordance with Battlefords Treatment Centre policy, procedures and directives as outlined by the Executive Director.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to all Counselling Staff.
