We are looking for a well-organised and detail-oriented administrative assistant to support our procurement team.

Responsibilities

  • Creating purchase orders.
  • Updating of master data.
  • Assisting in the process of performing monthly credit reconciliations.
  • Liasoning between stock receiving department and stock buying department.
  • Liasoning between suppliers and stock buying department.
  • Reporting to buyers.
  • Providing daily / weekly reporting.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 with pure mathematics as a subject.
  • Higher qualification will be advantageous.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience.
  • Experience working in Excel and using formulas to manipulate Excel data.
  • Own reliable transport.
  • Admin experience within a stock procurement department will be advantageous.
