Admin Specialist – Office Management

We are looking for an Admin Specialist to ensure efficient office operations, facilities coordination, and asset management. This role is adecuado for someone organized, proactive, and service-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Administration: Support daily administrative operations and internal coordination.
  • Facilities & Vendor Management: Coordinate maintenance, suppliers, service contracts, and office supplies.
  • Asset Management: Control and track company assets, including inventory, allocation, and documentation.
  • Operational Support: Liaise with internal teams and external providers to resolve operational matters.
