Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration: Support daily administrative operations and internal coordination.
- Facilities & Vendor Management: Coordinate maintenance, suppliers, service contracts, and office supplies.
- Asset Management: Control and track company assets, including inventory, allocation, and documentation.
- Operational Support: Liaise with internal teams and external providers to resolve operational matters.
- Budget Support: Assist with invoice processing and administrative expense control.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in administration, office management, or asset coordination.
