**Tape Manufacturer Located in Ciénega de Flores****Position**: Finance and Administration Manager**Requirements**:- **Education**: Bachelor's degree completed and/or Master's degree.
- **Availability**: On-site work required.
- **Location**: Must be able to commute to Ciénega de Flores.
- **English Level**: Advanced.
**Essential Knowledge and Skills**:- Experience in **financial and administrative management**, with **fluency in English**.
- Responsible for **preparing monthly financial statements** and **communicating with the finance team in China**.
- Knowledge of **imports, tax laws, human resources, and inventory management**.
- Ability to **develop company financial systems and administrative procedures**.
- **Previous experience working for Chinese or Korean companies** is preferred.
