Job Description
The Administrative Assistant is mainly responsible for providing administrative support to the clinical research unit.

More specifically, the Administrative Assistant must:
- Ensure that the required administrative material and other office supplies are available;
- Place supplies orders, request quotes and follow up with different vendors;
- Order lunches for new employee integrations and internal meetings with sponsors, partners and clients;
- Lead all archiving tasks of the organization;
- Provide administrative support to the medical secretaries and other departments;
- Replace the medical secretaries and receptionists to ensure business continuity for planned or unplanned absences;
