Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a professional and welcoming Front Office / reception experience, acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors;
- Handle incoming calls efficiently and route them appropriately;
- Manage calendars and coordinate meeting scheduling;
- Provide administrative support to the commercial team;
- Organise and manage property documentation and related processes;
- Input and maintain up-to-date information on real estate platforms;
