Role Overview
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient operations of the Logistics & Coordination Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Logistics & Coordination program.
- Schedule and maintain meeting/event arrangements for the Logistics Coordinator; communicate any changes to meetings and arrangements as necessary.
- Perform advanced secretary functions including transcribing, preparing financial documents, and typing correspondence, ensuring correct grammar and punctuation.
- Maintain accurate filing system and database for relevant information such as legal and policy documents.
- Respond to daily inquiries by telephone or in person and ensure all outgoing correspondence is mailed, faxed, or emailed daily.
