Job Responsibilities

  • Administrative Duties
    • Manage daily office operations and general administrative tasks
    • Oversee company vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and logbook records
    • Handle petty cash and basic expense tracking
    • Maintain fuel card records and monitor usage
    • Assist in meeting coordination, documentation preparation, and provide administrative support to management and project teams
  • Human Resources Duties
    • Assist with payroll administration and worker management
    • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation
    • Handle work pass applications, issuance, renewals, and cancellations
