Administrator to provide comprehensive operational and administrative support
to the NAVCERT Manager and technical teams. This role is essential for
coordinating the planning, execution, and documentation phases of Navigation Certification
tasks for U.S. Navy surface and submarine platforms. The Administrator serves
as a central point of coordination to ensure certification teams have the
necessary resources and that all technical documentation meets strict Navy
standards.
