**AdministrativeAccountant analyst.
**
- Purchase Order and Sales Order administrator.
- Item master data administrator.
- Confirm the inventory of materials required by the internal team for customers and vendors, to ensure timely delivery of the Purchase Orders
- Validate each Purchase Order in the system for the delivery.
- Capture each purchase order in the ERP system (SAP One).
- Ensure and follow up with logistics for the timely delivery or reception of merchandise.
- inventory submitting daily.
- Banking / Vendor and customer reconciliation.
- Solving problems in the commercial area regarding to Purchase orders.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration or Accounting.
- Solid Excel practical knowledge
- 2 years minimum experience in a similar position
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Experience managing purchase orders and booking payments for the major vendors and customers.
