Job Description
You will serve in a senior clinical leadership role responsible for the oversight, coordination, and clinical supervision of pediatric home nursing services for medically fragile and technologically dependent children, including ventilator-, tracheostomy-, and gastrostomy-tube-dependent patients.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Clinical supervision, mentorship, and performance oversight of nursing staff (RNs and LPNs) supporting an average caseload of approximately 30 pediatric patients
+ Oversight of patient care plans, clinical documentation, and care delivery to ensure compliance with IDPH, IDHS, Medicaid, payer requirements, and internal policies
+ Conducting clinical assessments, supervisory visits, and nursing competency validations
+ Supporting new case openings, care transitions, and coordination with intake and staffing teams to ensure timely, safe, and fully staffed service delivery
