What will your responsibilities be?
Work as a peripatetic social worker across Adult Social Care (ASC) services.Primarily focus on safeguarding (SG) within the MASH team.Complete screening and triage of safeguarding concerns.Collaborate with multi-agency partners to assess risk and plan interventions.Support other teams across ASC as required, based on service demand Benefits:
