Responsibilities
- Establishes and drives proactive resourcing practices within the Resource Management Office and through partnership with relevant project, consulting and other teams. Strives to optimize project team and / or consultant work allocation, ensure appropriate staffing for diverse teams / activity and delivers business value added metrics. Works closely with business leaders and project stakeholders to ensure placement of the right people, with the right skills at the right time.
- Tracks activity with the potential to impact staffing models, isolating potential issues / challenges and developing remediation strategies.
- Evaluates resource requirements location-by-location with a focus on optimizing availability and ensuring appropriate skill / capability alignment.
