As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you'll create memorable shopping experiences and embody our company values. Your role focuses on engaging with every guest through the AEO Selling Model and showcasing your passion for our products. You'll teach guests about product details, engage them with loyalty programs, and adapt to various store roles as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage guests using AEO Selling Model techniques
• Share in-depth product knowledge about AE & Aerie
• Introduce AEO loyalty programs to guests
• Flexibly cover Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and more
• Resolve guest issues while adhering to policies
Requirements:
• Must enjoy interacting with diverse customers
• Energetic multitasker with retail experience preferred
