Overview
Location: Surrey, BC | Monday–Friday (5x2) | Full‑time, Permanent.Join our dynamic Finning Aftermarket team as an Aftermarket Support Specialist, where you’ll play a crucial role in driving market share growth for Caterpillar products. You will blend customer communication, sales, and business development skills to influence and ensure the commercial success of Caterpillar wear parts, focusing on undercarriage and ground‑engaging tool (GET) sales within a defined territory.
Typical Day
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Drive incremental sales of CAT products to all customers in the region.
- Act as a liaison between customers, account teams, and Finning Product Managers.
- Provide product application assistance, feature/benefit explanations, and repair options to customers and sales staff.
