Responsibilities
- manage the service area and support technical issues in Center and North region of Argentina.
- The service coordinator is a link between factory and dealers, bringing issues from the field to be treat internally, into the factory.
- On the other hand, this person is responsible for take the technical solutions from the factory to the dealer and customers.
- Support or answer Technical issues reported by tech connect;
- Lead workshops for new products and for internal process.
- Permanente coaching to dealers;
- Visit Customers as a courtesy or for technical problems;
- Know how to support using EDT (Electronic diagnostic tool);
- Know technically how to fix AGCO portfolio, and for some times is necessary know how to operate as well;
Qualifications
- Graduated in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanics, Electrical, Electronics or similar.
