Ag Machinery Support Specialist - Parts/Service
Location: NORTH BATTLEFORD
Employment Terms: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Strong internal/external customer service (professional, attentive, timely)
- Maintain ticketing system accurately for customer calls, texts, emails
- Work extended hours, weekends, holidays & when there are overflow calls
- Manage large amounts of inbound/outbound communications for both Parts & Service
- Identify & document customer needs, research issues, provide solutions
- Promote products/services when opportunity arises
- After hours support on work orders for technicians & dispatch
- Admin tasks & special projects as needed
