Elevate your career with AGAT Laboratories as a Laboratory Technician C in Calgary. This seasonal, part-time role in the Trace Organics lab requires essential lab support skills.
In this role, you will report to the Laboratory Supervisor and engage in sample preparation, data validation, and instrument maintenance. Weekend shifts are part of this position, projected to last until the end of November 2026. Your contributions will directly support quality assurance efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with basic laboratory procedures and sample preparation
• Clean glassware and maintain lab workstations
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory instruments
• Compile accurate data for quality assurance
• Follow safety and operating procedures diligently
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Science
• Minimum 2 years of lab experience
• Proficiency in GCMS/GCFID is an asset
• Strong English communication skills
• Good computer skills
