Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitoring HMS Agent (sales agent)’s sales funnel status and deep-dive into their performance
- Regular performance monitoring reports to management level
- Suggestion of Agent performance enhancement plan by translating performance into actionable insights
- Management and negotiation of contractual relationships with Agents
- Development of a regular agent performance management scheme, and tracking-logic of remuneration
- Calculation, execution, and monitoring agent remuneration scheme on a regular basis
- Implementation of agent KPI monitoring structure in line with an IT system tool
- High interactions with sales department for monitoring and tracking sales data and performance of agents
- High interactions with finance department to securing correct and timely payments to agents
