Task Responsibilities: Material Shipping function
- Packaging and shipping spare parts in accordance with the ATA 300 spec.
- Raising Customs paperwork.
- Raising FedEx / TNT / DHL AWB's.
- Raising Cargolux and other carriers AWB's.
- Entering shipment data into the Trax system.
- Loading / offloading trucks by hand and with forklift
- General housekeeping in the area
- Maintaining filing records
- Assisting as required in associated departments
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
- Secondary technical education, accomplished apprenticeship in a technical field or equivalent
- Be customer focused and have a co-operative attitude
- Have good communication skills and able to work with a team
- Fluency in written and spoken English, French would be considered as a distinct advantage
