Overview / Visão Geral Job Title:  Agile Orchestrator (Enterprise Agile Lead) 
Location:  Brazil (Hybrid / Onsite) 
Employment Type:  Full-time / Contract 
Role Overview: We are seeking an Agile Orchestrator to lead enterprise-wide Agile transformation, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and enabling continuous value delivery. 
Responsibilities Lead Agile transformation initiatives across teams 
Implement SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks 
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and delivery 
Facilitate PI planning and release alignment 
Coach teams and leadership on Agile practices 
Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements 
Qualifications 10+ years of Agile / transformation experience 
Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, etc.) 
Advanced English proficiency 
Experience with Jira, Confluence
