What will you do?
- Lead the Release Readiness process, defining production windows, validations, and compliance checks.
- Coordinate delivery across teams and geographies to ensure synchronized execution.
- Ensure technical, regulatory, and business requirements are met before Go/No-Go decisions.
- Identify and manage technical, functional, and organizational dependencies.
- Facilitate alignment meetings with Scrum teams, Tech Leads, Product Managers, and Engineering Managers.
- Escalate and manage blockers or critical decisions impacting delivery.
