The Parts Manager is responsible for the success of his/her store’s parts business. The Parts Manager is an experienced leader who understands the importance of strong relationships with service, sales and Delta Power Equipment customers. He/she oversees inventory management, showroom maintenance, warranty/recalls, daily customer service and the store’s overall parts business.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Assume responsibility for all aspects of the Parts Department, including overseeing Parts Advisors and the flow of paperwork.Plan and execute parts sales objectives in keeping with dealership policies, emphasizing quality of service.Constantly check inventory levels and help monitor maximum true turns and acceptable levels of customer service.Assume responsibility for all parts to be returned and use return allowances to a maximum level.Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in the parts areas.
