Job Description

The Parts Manager is responsible for the success of his/her store’s parts business. The Parts Manager is an experienced leader who understands the importance of strong relationships with service, sales and Delta Power Equipment customers. He/she oversees inventory management, showroom maintenance, warranty/recalls, daily customer service and the store’s overall parts business.


SUMMARY OF POSITION:

  • Assume responsibility for all aspects of the Parts Department, including overseeing Parts Advisors and the flow of paperwork.

  • Plan and execute parts sales objectives in keeping with dealership policies, emphasizing quality of service.

  • Constantly check inventory levels and help monitor maximum true turns and acceptable levels of customer service.

  • Assume responsibility for all parts to be returned and use return allowances to a maximum level.

  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in the parts areas.
