AI Adoption Lead (2-year term)
LeverageTek is actively seeking an AI Adoption Lead for its Ottawa-based customer.
Key Tasks
- Act as the primary advocate for AI adoption and awareness across the organization.
- Plan and deliver AI training sessions, demos, and learning initiatives for end‑users.
- Support middle‑tier users to adopt and leverage AI tools effectively.
- Write engaging posts and guides on the intranet to educate employees on AI capabilities and applications.
- Monitor AI adoption metrics and report usage trends and engagement to leadership.
- Facilitate collaboration between business units, power users, and IT teams to ensure successful AI integration.
- Manage the rollout of new AI features and coordinate awareness campaigns.
