Project Coordinator - IT III (AI Adoption Program)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: 3-Month Contract
Pay rate: CAD 40 - 50/hr

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support a growing AI Adoption Program with our client in the financial services industry. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and analytics teams to drive user adoption, maintain documentation, coordinate operational processes, and support ongoing enhancements to an AI analytics dashboard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update user guides, FAQs, reference materials, and change logs.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and create enablement materials for new users.
• Manage intake queues across multiple channels, triage requests, and coordinate resolutions.
