Summary
We are seeking an AI Consultant to partner directly with development teams to accelerate productivity through responsible and effective use of AI tools. This role focuses on embedding within engineering teams to assess workflows, implement best-in-class AI tooling, and drive adoption through training, standards, and continuous improvement. The goal is to empower developers to work faster and smarter—enhancing their capabilities without replacing them.
Responsibilities
- Assess current development workflows and identify opportunities where AI tools can drive the greatest impact
- Evaluate, select, and configure AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Codex, Anthropic/Claude, AWS Bedrock) aligned with team needs
