This role sits at the intersection of QA expertise, AI systems, and customer success. You’ll work directly with engineering leaders, QA teams, and product stakeholders to ensure they achieve measurable outcomes using our autonomous testing platform.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Onboarding & Enablement
- Partner with enterprise customers to design AI-driven QA strategies
- Translate existing manual/automation workflows into autonomous testing systems
- Configure and optimize test coverage for real-world use cases
- Lead onboarding sessions and technical workshops
2. Quality & Execution Excellence
- Evaluate AI-generated test cases for accuracy and business relevance
