This permanent, full-time role is based in or near Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie, Beaverlodge, or Rycroft. You will be responsible for reading blueprints, operating locating equipment, and collaborating with excavation teams to ensure safe digging practices. Documenting your findings accurately is key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze site plans to locate underground utilities
• Mark positions of buried cables and lines
• Maintain electronic records and sketches
• Attend necessary training and meetings
• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment
Requirements:
• Ability to interpret maps and data effectively
• Experience with excavation and locating is beneficial
• Valid Alberta Driver’s License (Class 5 or higher)
