Amazon is focused on ensuring its associates can work in a safe, quality focused environment. Our learning teams are responsible for delivering and providing high quality safety compliance, process and onboarding training to ensure that our associates are set up for success.
We are looking for a Learning & Training Coordinator with background in last mile deliveries, logistics or with a manufacturer experience. The ACES Learning Coordinator:
- Works with operations team and local trainers to coordinate Amazon Associates onboarding activities for the site and overall training needs.
- Provide support in SSD GK (Sub same day Gray Kangaroo program) in order to establish standards and provide support in launches, retrofits or any issue related to this program.
- Will be responsible for understanding operational needs to deploy and execute learning & training plans to support Delivery Station execution, aligned with Learning Manager strategy. This role will b...
