The professional will be responsible for structuring, documenting, governing, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and driving end-to-end projects and processes — ensuring efficient transitions to operations, with a strong focus on results, quality, and customer experience. The role also involves supporting administrative and operational activities within the BT/IT area.
